  • Eligibility: Only individuals with valid university ID Card and/or bus passes are be allowed to use the university bus services. Only authorized persons can use the bus service.
  • Bus Stops: Designated bus stops have to be used for boarding and disembarking. Attempts to lift or drop in unauthorized location are not entertained.
  • Timelines: It is necessary to arrive at the bus stop at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. It helps timely and smooth transportation.
  • Cancellations or Delays: Cancellations or delays in the transport service will be properly noticed. All concerned are requested to check official university communication channels or transportation department notifications.
  • Respect for Bus Staff: Respect should be shown to the bus staff.
  • Prohibited Items: Arms, harmful/illegal materials, and over-sized items are not allowed on university buses.
  • Trash Disposal: Trash should be properly disposed of in the provided bins
  • Personal Belongings: Personal belongings, such as backpacks and bags should be kept on the lap or under the seat to avoid obstructing the aisle.
