Admission Form Purchase & Submission Procedure (From Online)
General Information
- Before starting the process, please scan your recent passport sized color photograph (taken within last 3 months), candidate’s signature and father/mother’s signature.
- Photograph wearing school /college uniform, selfie is not acceptable.
- Image size should be within 80 KB (JPEG).
For students who wants to pay Admission Form Fee through Online.
- Step#01
- Please visit the following web site: https://applyonline.greenuniversitybd.com
- Click on Apply for Undergraduate Programs/Apply for Graduate Programs
- Read the Admission Requirements Carefully, then click on “I Have Read & Agree”
- Select your desire program, then clink on “Apply” button
- Fill-in the information and press ‘Next’ button.
- After this stage you will get a Payment ID in the screen. (Don’t forget to write down your Payment ID)
- For online payment click “Pay Online” Button and you will find the following screen where a lot of payment options will be available.
- Choose your preferred payment method from the list. If you choose Debit/Credit Card, you will redirect to the payment gateway page where you will be asked to provide your card information.
- If you choose the payment method like bKash or others, a screen will be appeared where the instructions of payment method is described. Follow that instruction accordingly.
- After successful transaction, you will get User ID & Password through SMS within a short time

- Click ‘login’ button (Top Right portion of the page)
- Enter your User ID & Password
- At first, you have to fill-in the Form of ‘Basic Info’ with all correct information.
- Press ‘Save Basic Info’
- Select your Program from ‘Program Priority’ tab
- Press “Save”
- At ‘Education’ tab, provide your educational information.
- If you are a credit transfer student, press the check box and provide necessary information
- Press ‘Save Education Info’
- At ‘Parent/Guardian’ tab, you have to provide necessary information of your parents, local guardian, and your sponsor.
- Press ‘Parent/Guardian Info’
- At ‘Address’ tab, provide your present and permanent address
- Press ‘Save Address Info’
- For Post Graduate Admission, if you have completed Undergraduate degree from Green University then your GUB ID No. must be put on the relevant box.
- Press ‘Save’
- At ‘Upload Photo’ tab, upload your scanned passport-sized photo, your signature & father/mother’s signature.
- At ‘In Additional Info’ tab, you have to fill-in the work experience & extra-curricular activities box / area with relevant information. (If applicable)
- Press ‘Save Additional Info’
- At ‘In Edu. Doc. File Upload’ tab, you have to upload the required documents.
- At ‘Declaration’ tab, you have to click the ‘I agree to the below declaration’ check box. At this stage, you can review your form, if required you may update your information before final submit
- After review press ‘Final Submit’. (You will be not allowed to make any change after pressing ‘Final Submit’ button.)
- Now you can download and print your Admit Card, if you are eligible for admission test (To Print Admit Card). Bring your Admit Card (Not Admission Form) attaching the photograph (which you uploaded online) at the day of Admission Test.

Required Documents
At the time of admission, students have to submit the attested/scanned copies of following documents:
- Passport-sized color photographs
- Softcopies of –
SSC or its equivalent/O-level marks sheet,
SSC or its equivalent /O-level certificate (if available),
HSC or its equivalent /A-level marks sheet,
HSC or its equivalent /A-level certificate (if available),
- Softcopy of Graduation/Masters Transcript/Certificate
- Softcopy of applicant’s birth certificate/ NID.
- Softcopy of Applicant’s/Guardian’s National ID card
- Softcopy of required Job Certificates for EMBA applicant
Green University of Bangladesh authority reserves the right to cancel admission of a student if he/she provides wrong information/forged documents.
