We are pleased to inform you that our recent event, "IEEE Xplore User Awareness: Strategies to Optimize Research," held on May 29, 2024, was a resounding success.

The event was graced by distinguished guests, including Prof. Dr. Mohammad Shorif Uddin, Honorable Vice-Chancellor of Green University of Bangladesh, Prof. Dr. Khawza Iftekhar Uddin Ahmed, Honorable Pro Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Muhammad Aminur Rahaman, Chairperson Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Prof. Dr. Md. Ahsan Habib (Tareq), Professor, Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE).

Our keynote speaker, Mr. Ranbir S. Sedhey, IEEE Client Services Manager for India, Bangladesh, Middle East Asia, and Africa, delivered an insightful presentation on optimizing research using the IEEE Xplore digital library. Participants gained valuable knowledge on:

• Staying current with saved search alerts and Table of Contents (ToC) alerts.
• Using tools to find the most cited or popular papers.
• Tracking research by specific authors or organizations using advanced search tools.

The interactive Q&A session provided additional clarity on these topics, enriching the learning experience for all attendees. The event was also broadcasted live on Facebook, extending its reach to a broader audience.
