Successful celebration of the 104th Birth Anniversary of the Father of the Nation and National Childrens Day-2024

It is our immense pleasure to inform you that we have celebrated the 104th Birth Anniversary of the Father of the Nation and National Children's Day 2024 on March 17th on the virtual platform with great enthusiasm. The program started at 11:00 a.m. with the recitation of the holy Quran. Then the Honorable Registrar, Captain (Navy) Shaikh Mohammad Salahuddin (LPR), inaugurated the discussion session with his amazing expression of welcome notes. The Honorable Special Guest, Prof. Dr. Md. Golam Samdani Fakir, Distinguished Professor-GBS, delivered a significant speech on the spirit of the day. Following that, the Honorable Chief Guest Heroic Freedom Fighter ASM Raqibul Hasn, Match Referee-ICC, Former Captain of Bangladesh National Cricket Team, brought a memory of the liberation war, his bonding with the family of the father of the nation, and his experience during the liberation war. His words again proved how much love and affection Bangabandhu has for the children.

Finally, the Honorable President of the program, Prof. Dr. Khawza Iftekhar Uddin Ahmed, Vice Chancellor, extended his valuable remarks on the spirit of the day to us. The Honorable President emphasized the development pathway of the children, like how important a playground is for children's mental development, which is merely available in urban areas. The program concluded with a beautiful prayer, which was carried out by our Honorable Special Guest, Prof. Dr. Md. Golam Samdani Fakir.
